Director of Operations - Russo's New York Pizzeria (Houston, TX) Russo's New York Pizzeria is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee the performance and management of seven company-owned locations in the Houston area. This leadership role ensures operational excellence, brand consistency, and financial success while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership• Oversee daily operations across all current and future locations.• Ensure all restaurants adhere to company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.• Monitor food quality, customer service, and overall dining experience to maintain consistency.• Implement and uphold Texas health and safety regulations across all locations. Team Management & Development• Recruit, train, and retain top talent across the restaurant group.• Support and mentor General Managers, Chefs, and restaurant staff to drive performance and efficiency.• Foster a team culture that values accountability, professional development, and customer service.• Lead hiring, training, and development programs to build high-performing teams. Financial Performance & Budgeting• Develop and oversee budgets for all Houston locations, focusing on revenue growth and cost control.• Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, labor costs, and food/beverage expenses.• Implement strategies to improve profitability, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. Guest Relations & Service Standards• Set and enforce high standards for customer service across all restaurants.• Address and resolve escalated guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.• Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and build long-term customer loyalty. Qualifications• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management, preferably in the fast-casual or full-service sector..5 to 7 years experiance area manager or director operation • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Knowledge of restaurant financials, P&L management, and operational analytics.. must have experiance manageing 10 plus location min of 5 years or more casule dining concept no fast food • Ability to travel between locations as needed. If you're a results-driven leader passionate about restaurant operations and team success, apply now to join Russo's New York Pizzeria!
