Candidate should have a CNC machining background.What you will do as a CNC Turning candidate:Production of high-quality components, prototypes, and small series at Gildmeister CTXseries turning machine with driven toolsSet up and adjustment of machines for individual parts, prototypes, and small seriesWrite own programs directly on the machine with iTNC Pilot ControlInspect work using standard and automated inspection equipmentInterpret basic dimensions on printMaintain a clean work area and observe all safety proceduresExecute machine offsets and tool changesTroubleshoot and clear machine alarm conditions as requiredWhat You Bring:Professional experience in the production of components, prototypes, and small seriesKnowledge of programming DECKEL-MAHO 3, 4, 5 axis milling machines of the P-seriesKnowledge of Heidenhain and or MillPlus controlCapability to read customer drawingsCapability to work with metric systemAttention to detailPositive and pleasant demeanorTeam oriented working styleHigh School degree or similar work experienceEssential Job Functions:Frequently positioning oneself to perform work tasksThis position operates tools, objects, and controls as necessaryMust be able to move up to 50lbsFor immediate consideration please text CNC Turning to 864-527-0480 and someone will reach out to schedule a phone interview.ABOUT US I.K.
