Senior Accountant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of accountingOversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll entries.Ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain up-to-date and organized financial records.Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, credit cards, and bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.Assist in the preparation of financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and equity roll forward schedules.Ensure Company transactions are compliant with GAAP, regulations, and internal Company policies.Stay up to date on changes in accounting regulations and standards and collaborate with leadership to implement necessary changes and adjustments to accounting processes.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations for external audits and collaborate with auditors during the audit process.Provide guidance, mentoring, and training as needed to other accounting staff.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and management to support business objectives and initiatives.Large ERP experienceAdvanced Excel requiredExcellent communication skills
