Commercial Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Chief Credit Officer!**Responsible for managing the risk associated with a bank or lending institutions loan portfolio.Overseeing the design, execution, and communication of credit risk management policy, including the approval process, administration, and portfolio analysisEnsuring the quality and profitability of the loan portfolioEnsuring compliance with all applicable state and federal banking regulationsEstablishing and developing credit, collection, and fraud policies and objectivesOverseeing loan procedures and the loan approval processDeveloping risk management and scorecard analyticsEnsuring all internal documentation is in compliance with government regulationsActing as the principal spokesperson for the lending function**Bachelors DegreeExperience with CRE, C&I including ABL, capital call, structured finance, warehouse loans, At least 5 years as a CCO is required
