Investor Relations Associate, Private Equity (San Francisco)Seeking an Associate to join investor relations team of a private equity fund based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have served in an investment banking analyst/associate program with a reputable financial institution, or is currently in an investor relations or fundraising support function within a private markets investment firm.**Associates are key members of the investor relations team involved with all aspects of IR related activity including Fundraising, preparing materials, pitch books, marketing materials and managing relationships with both existing and potential LPs.Own the coordination and preparation of investor reports, presentations and communications *Quarterly fund investor reportsQuarterly call presentationsQuarterly case studiesAnnual meeting presentationsInvestor meeting materialsFund/transaction updatesInvestment summary writeupsMarketing materialsAd-hoc reports, presentations and communicationsProvide ongoing support of existing investors, monitoring and responding promptly to questions and requests.Manage the CRM database and investor outreach.*3-5 years of total work experience within an investment bank or alternative asset management firm, preferably in a marketing, investment, financial analyst, or client services position.Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.Strong knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting.Superior Project Management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**$250k-$300k total compensation.
