In other words, you share our corporate values "” passion, work ethic, teamwork, integrity, and ownership mindset.Responsibilities Work closely with our internal Development and Finance departments for financial forecasting on a weekly basis.Hard and soft call for funds communication to investors while tracking the progress and communicating to other departments as needed to meet deadlines.Special projects for Senior and Executive leaders - pulling reports, creating trackers, investor reports, etc.Managing investor funds received and balancing with Accounting and Finance departments.Project sale/refinance coordination and tracking with Investor Relations Directors and Finance. Assisting the Equity Marketing Team with investor events, materials and communications as needed.Auditing all systems for compliance and accuracy in a scheduled fashion.Creating and maintaining tracking systems for project raises, audits and other necessary assignments.Partnering with our Legal team on contracts, subscriptions and other necessary documentation to meet legal requirement and insure strong investor relationships during the process.In and outbound calls regarding investors questions and needs.Support to our Investor Relations Directors for calls, emails, follow up and tracking to better serve our investors.Weekly reporting on team performance communicated to leaders in the company.Prepare and send investor subscription agreements.Ensure investor accreditation process is smooth and successfully completed.Maintain strong record keeping ensuring all steps in the subscription process are completed and investors have a great experience.Partnering with the entire Equity Team to make sure other parts of the process are being followed through with to complete the subscription process.As an Investor Relations Assistant, you will partner with the Equity team to develop and maintain existing investor relationships.Act as first line of communication by responding to investor emails. Managing a group inbox that is shared with the Operations Team.Review and update department SOPs while creating new SOPs as needed.Other duties as assigned.Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.Experience:Prior work experience in account management, finance, or development Local market experience preferred.Skills/Abilities:Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.Computer skills: Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Work & Excel, e mail and social media as it pertains to marketing the property.Highly proficient in Excel is a must.Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including ability to attend occasional after-hours events and meetings.Entrepreneurial mindset - loves to be challenged, determined to win, puts clients and teammates first, collaborative, inquisitive, self-motivated, and operates on trust (not fear).High integrity - trusted, direct, truthful.
