This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with our client in Addison, TX! This position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. This position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to provide insights and recommendations.Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and providing valuable insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.Provide financial guidance and recommendations to management, helping drive operational efficiency and profitability.Work closely with branch locations to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.Utilize financial systems such as Power BI, Adaptive, and Workday to extract and analyze data effectively.Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Develop and maintain advanced & complex financial models to assess financial performance, profitability, and growth opportunities for key stakeholders/company. These models may include but are not limited to budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, valuation, and branch modeling (new/relocations).Build strong relationships with Divisional Leaders to become a dependable and strategic finance partner.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline required.Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a company preferably with more than $1B in revenue.Experience in distribution or multi-unit retail preferred but not required.Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal).Must be a self-starter who can work well in various situations (from well-defined to unstructured) and proactively explain financial results using historical data and lead indicators.Ability to interact at all levels in the organization, including support center teams, branch locations, and Mid to Senior level leadership.Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.Advanced computer skills using a variety of software, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting, analysis, and presentations.Previous experience with Power BI, Adaptive, and Workday preferred.Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
