Reporting to the Director of Social, this role will drive engagement, expand reach, and shape the digital voice of the brand. The ideal candidate is a dynamic storyteller with a deep understanding of social media culture, trends, and best practices"”someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build and activate online communities.Responsibilities:Manage content creation, publishing, and engagement across all @atouchmore social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat.Develop and execute innovative social strategies to enhance brand presence and audience growth.Ideate and produce compelling multimedia content"”including video, graphics, memes, and written posts"”tailored to each platform.Maintain a strategic content calendar, balancing organic storytelling with branded content and partnerships.Collaborate with editors, producers, graphic designers, talent, and external partners on marketing and promotional initiatives.Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and social conversations to inform content strategy and engagement tactics.Engage directly with the community, fostering meaningful interactions and driving fan engagement.Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and recommend optimizations to improve reach and impact.Occasionally support on-site and remote content capture as needed, including potential podcast studio visits.Skills & Experience:3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or a related field.Strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform best practices, and audience engagement strategies.Excellent time management and ability to work quickly in high-pressure environments.A creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts and a sharp eye for detail.Comfortable working with talent and high-profile individuals.Experience in community-building and fostering digital conversations.Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.Passion for women's sports, equity, and culture is a plus.This description is a summary only and is describing the general level of work being performed, it is not intended to be all-inclusive.
