This is an on-the-floor position where you will directly engage with clients, lead a high-performing team, and ensure seamless daily operations.The Sales Manager will play a dual role, acting as a sales analyst by closely monitoring and evaluating store performance to support the Business Manager in achieving business goals. Additionally, as a business facilitator, the Sales Manager will focus on optimizing operational efficiency to maintain smooth and consistent store operations.The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic, and highly organized individual with a passion for prospecting and creating meaningful connections with clients. An excitement and understanding of sales processes, combined with a strong drive for excellence, will be essential to thrive in this fast-paced and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales and KPI targets.Provide an outstanding client experience, upholding the brand's luxury standards.Support the Business Manager in business strategy, staff development, and operational excellence.Oversee and manage personal and team sales, consultations, and follow-ups.Act as the acting Business Manager on designated days, ensuring smooth operations.Drive and maintain showroom presentation, aligning with the brand's aesthetic.Work closely with design and development teams to provide insights on client trends.Foster a positive, professional, and motivating work environment.Experience & SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in sales within luxury or premium retail.At least 2 years of experience in business or store management.Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational targets effectively.Highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.The way we do things...At KYHA Studios, we foster a culture of warmth, respect, and collaboration.
