Director, Growth MarketingHybrid NYC, midtown Manhattan. For this role: We do not need someone coming from a financial or fintech background. We DO need someone coming from high-growth B2B SaaS. About The RoleWe're looking for a Director, Growth Marketing to own the strategy and approach for all digital channels, with a focus on performance marketing and site optimization. Generating leads is, of course, the name of the game, but we are equally focused on playing for the long term. This means we are intent on driving activity and engagement within our platform for the purpose of expanding our relationships with our clients, as well as ensuring they are benefiting from everything we have to offer.This role will work closely across product marketing, brand and comms, sales and product to ensure that we are spending our time and resources in exactly the right places to deliver critical, game-changing outcomes. It reports into the CMO.The Director, Growth Marketing will inherit 1 direct report, plus 2 open head counts immediately for hire. We will have plenty of agency and freelance support, as well.What will this role be doing on a day to day basis? Big picture: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation and lifecycle marketing strategy, aligned with our growth goalsBrand Stewardship: Elevate our brand identity, ensuring consistent, compelling, and innovative content and messaging, ensuring we are delivering the right message to the right audienceLeadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing growth team, inheriting 1 direct report (content strategist) and open head count for 2 additional hires (performance marketing and website manager). We are looking for a leader to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.Audience Segmentation: Become an expert in understanding the psychology and motivations within our different target ICPs. Use this knowledge to make our campaigns work smarter, not harder.Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish and monitor campaign KPIs to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.Monetization: We are looking for your expertise to optimize our dollars, manage our agencies, oversee strategy and performance, and ensure every dollar spent delivers maximum ROI while consistently fueling inbound demand.Drive ABM success: Design and execute personalized campaigns targeting high-value accounts, using creative strategies to break into key markets.Experiment and scale: Test and iterate on new ideas. We are looking for you to fail fast and keep going.QualificationsMinimum of 10+ years in hands-on growth marketing roles, plus 4+ years managing teams in high-growth tech, B2B software environments.Proven understanding of working within scaling companies, and working closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, brand, comms, productHands-on manager who has hired, built teams and managed them into sophisticated, well-run departments.
