Platform, browser, and regulatory changes, such as the explosive growth in the use of AI and deprecation of 3rd party cookies will require expertise in new consumer-focused and privacy-compliant solutions and new marketing skills to responsibly build valuable customer relationships, improve experiences, and meet key business objectives.ANA is seeking a Coordinator for its Technology practice. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the seamless execution and promotion of virtual and in-person events. Your organizational skills, precision, and excellent communication will be vital in supporting the practice's industry initiatives, preparing data sets, and contributing to business performance improvement.This role will be part of a growing team focused on assisting our members in maximizing their investments, preparing for, and addressing the evolving AI and identity-driven evolution, and building for a future where Data and Technology are increasingly enabling virtually all aspects of marketing and perfecting seamless connected experiences in digital, TV, OOH, Voice, and more.Primary Responsibilities:Committees and WebinarsSchedule committee meetings and webinars using Zoom Workplace, internal platforms, and CMS to manage attendance, cancellations, and survey scores.Maintain committee records, rosters, email lists, website content, and calendars with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Organize speaker assets, and PPT decks, and coordinate meetings when necessary.Join meetings and webinars as the backstage producer, sharing resources and troubleshooting technical issues.Serve as a key point of contact with our members to help facilitate their requests and solve challenges with registration, access to content, and other questions. Use Survey Monkey for member feedback on events and practice research. National Industry Conferences & Member-Only Conferences Collaborate with the team in planning, tracking, and executing national events.Organize and update speaker assets and tracking documents.ContentUse Canva or similar tools to create promotional assets for all events.Work with the team to create and publish social media posts.Reporting and Data CollectionHandle multiple data inputs accurately using Excel.Conduct monthly reporting and customer or marketplace research as assigned.Qualifications:Relevant Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in technology, including Canva, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Informz, and Survey Monkey.Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and across departments.Creativity, curiosity, and ability to think outside of the box.Previous internship or work experience in event coordination or administrative role.Interest in AI and Marketing Technology is a plus.Salary and Total Rewards Package:Starting pay range: $45,000 to $50,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, 401k with company match, hybrid workweek and flexible scheduling, generous paid time off program, casual dress code, incentives, and rewards.Our competitive total rewards package includes the following benefits, incentives, and perks:Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, 401k with company match, hybrid workweek and flexible scheduling, generous paid time off program, casual dress code, incentives, and rewards.To Apply:If your skills, experience, and enthusiasm align with the requirements and responsibilities of this position, please forward your resume with a cover letter and salary requirements to careers@.
