Account Executive

Most employees are promoted within 12-18 months.Key *Work with current customers, educating them about the companys products, making recommendations, and creating quotes.Works closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and prepare accurate quotes.Manages projects related to special assignments and areas of responsibility.Participates actively in Sales Team meetings and contributes to discussions and strategies.Continuously develops technical and sales skills to ensure success in the role.Educates current customers about the company's products and services.**2+ years of sales or account management experience.Passion to be in outside/field sales long-term.Background in industrial sales is a plus.Ability to be in the Itasca office 5 days per week.Must have strong drive.
