This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, innovative company. 🌍Key ***** 🔹 Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes 🔹 Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Operations, and Sales to drive business performance through data-driven insights and financial strategy 🔹 Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals 🔹 Develop new processes and implement financial models to assess key business decisions and initiatives 🔹 Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership***** 🔹 Minimum 8 years of finance and accounting experience🔹 Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting 🔹 Experience within a global manufacturing environment or similar industry required🔹 Exceptional communication skills🔹 Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic recommendationsOur client *****$165,000 to $185,000 base salary range dependent on experienceMedical, dental, vision 401K match, PTO, and paid holidaysPosition offered is 100% in-office schedule with occasional remote days.
