Equiturn operates at the highest levels of investment banking, offering our clients unparalleled access to transformative financial strategies and elite transactional execution.About This RoleAs a Senior Associate at Equiturn, you will play a critical role in driving transaction execution, managing deal processes, and providing strategic financial advisory across M&A, capital raising, and complex financial structuring. You will take ownership of valuation analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence, working directly with senior leadership, institutional investors, and corporate executives to structure and execute high-impact transactions.In this role, you will be expected to lead multiple deal workstreams, oversee transaction execution, and mentor junior professionals, ensuring analytical precision and execution excellence. This position offers direct exposure to high-stakes negotiations, financial structuring, and strategic decision-making, providing a clear pathway to Vice President and beyond in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Execution: Lead and manage the execution of complex investment banking transactions from initiation to closing.Financial Modeling: Develop, manage, and deliver advanced financial models, including LBO, DCF, IPO, and other valuation analyses.Pitch Decks & Transaction Materials: Lead the drafting of Pitch Decks, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIM), offering memorandums, and other critical transaction materials.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and associates, ensuring strong performance and professional development.Valuation & Due Diligence: Oversee the preparation of fairness opinions, valuation reports, and financial due diligence.Client Relationships: Manage client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and counterparties during transactions.Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support strategic recommendations.Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives and firm-wide growth efforts.QualificationsEducation & Licenses:Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field with a strong academic record.Series 79 license required.Technical Skills:Master-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling (LBO, DCF, IPO modeling).Experience with valuation methodologies and financial tools, including Bloomberg Terminal, CapitalIQ, and other investment banking data platforms.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and transaction structuring.Experience:3+ years of experience at a reputable investment banking firm, with significant exposure to M&A, capital raises, restructurings, and general advisory services.Proven ability to lead deal teams and execute transactions independently.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present to clients and internal stakeholders.Good leadership and mentoring skills to support junior team members.Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining attention to detail.How to ApplyTo apply, submit your resume and cover letter via LinkedIn.
