We provide multiple services including access road installation, ROW clearing, large diameter foundation drilling, vacuum excavating, etc. We are looking to add some qualified help to our team that work well with others and can bring their experiences and knowledge to help us better serve our customers!Role Des>criptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager/Estimator at D & A Grove Construction LLC, located in Jonestown, PA, with some work from home opportunities available. The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include creating estimates, managing budgets, scheduling, working with subcontractors, inspecting project sites, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.QualificationsExperience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completionSkills in Expeditor and Expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery of materialsProficiency in Inspection and on-site evaluations to ensure quality controlExperience in Logistics Management for effective coordination of resourcesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferredProficiency with project management softwareKnowledge of estimating or willingness to learnHelp perform takeoffs for bidsWork well with the team
