Studios and ID Lab to deliver potent, breakthrough content and sales campaigns.About the RoleAs a New Development Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee the strategic, day-to-day marketing needs of our new development team and play a vital role in crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies for our real estate projects.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related tasks within SERHANT. New Development, fostering cohesive teamwork.Plan and manage marketing requests from New Development agents and staff by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and timelines, establishing contacts and coordinating follow-ups.Support marketing efforts for projects, including creating weekly e-blasts, coordinating signage requests, reviewing marketing collateral, ensuring deadlines are made, etc. Support the Director of Marketing Operations in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling project forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentationsBuild and maintain relationships with multiple agents, understanding their business needs and leveraging our marketing tools and resources to support them.Collaborate with various internal departments to develop and maintain compelling marketing materials.Contributing to team efforts by taking ownership of tasks and ensuring all project deadlines are met. Partner with office staff to enhance the agent experience and foster a positive work environment.*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.QualificationsBachelors degree1 - 3 years of marketing and/or customer service experienceReal estate industry and/or luxury brand experience, a plusStrong project/client management skills (managing timelines, prioritization of tasks, quality control)Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple competing prioritiesProven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situationsExceptional initiative and follow-through skills; operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and disciplineExperience working with design professionalsProficient with Microsoft Office and ExcelExperience with Project Management tools (i.e., Monday, ClickUp, or Airtable)SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsImpeccable grammar, proofreading, and copyediting skillsHighly detail-orientedAbility to thrive in both a team environment and while working independentlyStrong problem-solving skillsProactive and initiative-driven
