Certified HVAC Technician 2nd Shift

Job **Keystone Management is seeking a CertifiedHVAC Technician to join our team at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform maintenance and repairs to HVAC components within the airport hangars. You will be tasked with troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance while ensuring all work adheres to applicable HVAC codes, laws, and regulations .Key * Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment including compressors, condensers, thermostats, and other system componentsConduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of HVAC systems and unitsProvide troubleshooting and installation services for HVACR systemsMaintain all equipment and amenities, ensuring efficient operationEnsure compliance with OSHA and safety regulationsUse a computer-based CMMS system to create and close out work ordersRespond to emergency service calls as part of the on-call rotationMaintain a clean and organized workspaceRequirements EPA CertificationA minimum of 4 years experience in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical maintenanceStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience performing preventive maintenance (PMs) on HVAC equipmentHigh school diploma or equivalentJourneymans License (Preferred) Working ConditionsFull-time (40 hours per week) with additional hours as requiredAbility to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 75 poundsExposure to mechanical, electrical, and noise hazardsAbility to work in varied weather conditionsAdditional RequirementsSuccessful completion of Keystone Management and FAA background checksValid drivers license and driving history checkAbility to pass the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport SIDA badge and driver's testPass a drug screening and motor vehicle check (MVR)* Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport** 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Monday - Friday)Benefits:401(k) with company matchComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramLife InsurancePaid Time Off and Birthday OffPowered by JazzHRjyKcDb3095
