Manufacturing AssociateW2 ContractSalary ** $47,800 - $58,200 per year Novato, CA - Onsite RoleDuties and **Support initiatives for process optimization.Identify and elevate processing issues and support solutions.Provide feedback and/or suggested changes to operational procedures.Assist in incorporating new technologies, practices, and standards into procedures.Support trending of defined department metrics.Requirements and ****Understanding of process theory and equipment operationAble to learn biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including mammalian cell culture, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration, column chromatography, protein purification, and formulation of bulk drug substances.Demonstrated proficiency Gain experience with automation systems (LIMS, MES, PI, etc.)Capable of writing and reviewing process documentsUnderstanding of cGMPs as related to Commercial OperationsAble to utilize Quality systems (Deviations, CAPAs, Change Requests, Action/Alert Reports, etc.)Able to participate in projects and contribute to outcomes.Capability to learn and support new business systems (Track wise, ERP, etc.)Bayside Solutions, Inc. is not able to sponsor any candidates at this time.
