LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a full-time Family Law Paralegal in San Ramon, CA! **Assist attorneys in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements and marital agreementsOrganize and maintain clients electronic filesConduct legal research, maintain attorney calendars and stay on top of court deadlines, serve as a liaison between the client and the attorneysDraft legal forms and pleadings, compile and serve discovery, arrange court filings and process servesHelp attorney prepare for trials, MSCs, and hearings by creating the necessary pleadings, trial notes, and exhibit bindersAt least 4+ years of Paralegal experience in Family Law is requiredExperience with high-asset cases and familiarity with the local rules and courts in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties is preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with Dropbox and programs for preparing legal forms is preferredA suitable candidate must work well within a team, be able to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines, and have excellent editing and organizational skills*** $85,000 and $105,000 per year
