Relationships are built externally with sales reps, manufacturers, dealers, general contractors, interior designers; and internally with marketing, operations and order/logistics. Sales Support has responsibility for leading challenging contract furniture projects from start to finish while providing the highest level of service.Essential FunctionsBe an expert on Scandinavian Spaces' product lineSend out samples and catalogsMaintain and manage the CRM system with contacts and sales opportunitiesDevelop, issue and revise accurate quotesCoordinate between sales rep and factory for custom made requestsWork with Marketing Dept. to consistently communicate business and design trends, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practices, and product performance characteristics.RequirementsThe ideal candidate has 1-5 years experience working within the broad A&D trade and is looking for a new challenge.
