Our client, a leading private equity firm focused on technology, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Portfolio Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of the team's activities, providing administrative support, coordinating complex schedules, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Job **** Private Equity***** Executive Assistant to Team of C-level Executives***** New York, NY (3:2 Hybrid)***** 8:30am -5:30pm (some flexibility)Degree ***** Preferred***** $120-130K Range Depending on Experience + Paid OT + Bonus Benefits**• Proactive calendar management for the team• Strategy based scheduling across numerous portfolio projects• Seamless organization of travel; including flights, visas, car bookings, etc.• Processing of invoices & expenses using SAP Concur• Formatting and publishing documents and PowerPoint presentations• Event logistics for team specific cluster forums/dinners/networking events• Share responsibility with the other Portfolio EAs for organizing internal events• Working with other Portfolio EAs on wider team initiatives as needed• Taking ownership of area of team administration and ensuring effective holiday cover**• Significant relevant work experience, at least some of which has been gained within Private Equity or Financial Services Industry• Proven experience in a support position• Excellent communication skills especially when under pressure• Ability to effectively prioritize own time and work independent• Attention to detail and accuracy• Excellent work ethic, resilience• Proactive problem solver with a solution-orientated mindset• Experience of owning and managing projects, setting up systems and procedures, and proactively anticipating issues or potential conflicts• Sharp intuition & interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships quickly• Experience with and willingness to "˜manage up' effectively• Consistently leads by example in meeting deadlines, communicating effectively and ensuring processes are adhered to• Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner, exercising discretion and judgement• Proficiency in MS Office. Advanced knowledge of Outlook required, intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
