Bacio di Latte is growing and we are adding an Project Management Assistant to our dynamic team!Bacio di Latte is a family owned, high-end gelato shop, making fresh authentic Italian gelato every day in house. Established in 2011, Bacio di Latte has over 190+ stores in Brazil and 9 shops throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and Ventura County, and we are growing at a rapid pace! We are opening 8 additional stores by the end of 2025 and 8+ stores in 2026. Our growth has created the opportunity to add a Project Management Assistant to our dynamic team.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role will assist in the coordination and management of new Gelato Shop openings, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings 6 months - 1 year experience in project management, preferably in retail or hospitality, strong organizational and multitasking skills with a passion for Gelato!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in planning and executing new Gelato store openings.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and alert any issues that arise.Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and reports.Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work when needed.Ensure that all necessary documentation for the opening is issued.Support the Project Manager in conducting meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.Help in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field1+ year Assistant Project Management experience, preferably in retail or hospitalityProficient in Microsoft Excel - Asana or Trello a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsSkillsProject planning and executionBudget managementTime managementCommunication and negotiationProblem-solving and decision-makingBenefitsOpportunity to contribute to the incredible growth of an iconic Italian gelato brandHealth, Dental and Vision benefits and PTOGreat company culture that fosters a friendly, collaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesBe part of a growing company under massive expansion!If you have 1+ year Assistant Project Management experience in retail or hospitality, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and are eager to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you!
