Inside Sales Representative & Inventory Management

Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with Inventory management background to join our dynamic sales team. If you have automotive background that is a PLUS! In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.DutiesMaintain inventory levels within two systems and within excel spreadsheets for multiple customers (experience needed in excel)Produce work orders daily based off inventory levels/communicating with customers to determine the best option for processing materialTroubleshoot/Correct EDI/ASN issuesCreating and arranging loads/delivery appointments for all customers (within the company and with outside processors)Maintaining good communication skills with each customer to ensure we're meeting their needs and expectationsUtilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase brand awareness.SkillsProven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or business development environment.Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Familiarity with software tools used for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).Ability to understand market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques for improving sales performance.Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative where your contributions will directly impact our success!Job ***** Full-time***** $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year*****401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
