Extended Automotive Warranty Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a seasoned AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE professional for our claims team.If you are tired of working 50 to 60 hours in a high stress environment and have extensive dealer service department experience we are interested in hearing from you. The following responsibilities and qualifications are mandatory to perform the functions of this position. The company is known for offering the best customer service in the industry.You will investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the organizations liability in various claims.Correspond and interview contract holders, repair facility service advisors, agents, or claimants to compile informationTake accurate and detailed statements from all involved partiesCalculate and approve payment of claims within a certain monetary limitNegotiate and adjudicate claims with little oversightBecome an expert regarding Vehicle Service Contract languageCoordinate with claims supervisors to ensure proper processingAuthorize claims in accordance with the Vehicle Service Contract terms/contract languageThis is a 100% in office positionPrevious experience as a Service Consultant, Service Advisor or Technician a plus!Experience in conflict resolutionStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail-orientedProficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and OutlookKnowledge of automotive labor time guides in both electronic and print formatsBilingual in Spanish and English a plus.Job DetailsJob ** Full-time***** $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected ***** 40 per weekBenefits ***** 401(k), Health insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance,Paid time off, Bonuses and profit sharing.***** 8 hour shift, Monday to FridayWork ***** In person (Ooltewah, TN)#AutomotiveShopForeman #AutomotiveServiceAdvisor #AutomotiveServiceTechnician
