Position : Senior Mechanical Lab HVAC EngineerFull Time roleLocation : Philadelphia, PAJob DescriptionMechancial design engineer experienced in the engineering and design of cGMP and BSL laboratory HVAC for Life science and Academic facilities. Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in laboratory design.Major Skills :Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering and HVAC design for laboratories.Experience in the life science sector, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or academic research labs.Knowledge of cGMP and BSL lab environments.Ability to design HVAC systems that meet the specialized needs of labs (such as air cleanliness, temperature control, humidity, and pressure requirements).Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in laboratory settings.Ideally, experience with projects in multiple locations, such as large academic or pharmaceutical campuses.
