Job Title: HVAC Project ManagerLocation: Easton, PASalary: $115K - $130KWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Easton, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to manage HVAC projects for the public sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Manage HVAC installations for public projects.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.Oversee the project budget, timelines, and quality control to ensure efficient and on-time project delivery.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.Prepare detailed project reports and communicate with stakeholders on progress, issues, and solutions.Handle procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with project requirements.Experience:5+ years of experience managing HVAC projects in a public or commercial setting.Proven track record of completing large-scale HVAC installations within budget and on time.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and relevant building codes and regulations.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environmentIf you are an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a passion for overseeing public projects, we would love to hear from you!
