We also proudly invest in our employees' futures at the firm and provide ongoing training and career development opportunities.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Attorney. This is a key role on the Managing Attorney's team, ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced environment while providing comprehensive administrative support. If you thrive in a dynamic, multifaceted environment and are skilled at managing multiple priorities, we would love to hear from you!Key **As the Executive Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Managing Attorney, including managing their calendar, scheduling, and confirming meetings. You will use our case management software to run various reports and follow up with employees regarding specified metrics. You will also assist in various projects, typically related to operations or compliance with statutory deadlines. You may also do some personal assistant tasks, such as coordinating travel.Our ideal candidate is an ambitious people-person, who thrives on learning new skills and taking on new challenges, and who knows when to ask questions. Someone who is detail oriented and able to coordinate multiple calendars, and also has an analytical mind, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.What We're Looking ** Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams and roles. Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Prior legal experience or familiarity with civil procedure is a plus, but not required. Comfort in learning and using new software.Key ** Calendar management, report generation and following up on metrics, project support.**** Detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively, able to anticipate issues and address them, willingness to ask questions.
