Commercial Property Administrator***** The Woodlands, TX***** Up to $50,000 + benefits and growth opportunities MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCEThe Property Administrator will interact daily with property managers, tenants, vendors, providing services in the administration and coordination of commercial real estate transactions. High energy, ability to multi-task, and confidence in communicating with clients and tenants.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to, the following activities)• General clerical work including typing correspondence, basic editing of packages, presentations, and work-related materials• Preparation of Microsoft Excel reports with strict attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel• Sending and receiving mail, overnights, courier deliveries• Providing information by answering questions and requests on sign calls, as needed• Customer service and interpersonal skills needed to meet with prospective and current tenants• Good verbal communication• Attention to detail to ensure applications are accurate and tenant issues or questions are adequately addressed• Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently• Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues• Customer service and interpersonal skills needed to meet with prospective and current tenants• Attention to detail to ensure applications are accurate and tenant issues or questions are adequately addressed• Experience in commercial property management administrative functions preferred but not required• Experience using IMPAK work order system, MRI and AVID preferred by not requiredEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Business degree or equivalent experience preferred • Mid-level Administrative and/or property management administrative experience preferred• Must have a keen understanding of the commercial property management industry • Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral & written • Ability to interface with clients and work in a fast-paced environment QUALIFICATIONS • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects. • Also, be high-energy, self-disciplined, driven, and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and communicate with co-workers and clients professionally and courteously.BGSF is an equal opportunity employer
