Data Entry Specialist

Rangam is seeking a Data Entry Associates for ON-SITE work in Elgin, IL responsible for processing daily document transactions. The right candidate will focus on process effectiveness with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity. Role will include transporting, organizing and labelling of bins and will require some lifting.What were looking for:We are looking for candidates to join the program who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are open to learning new things, have great focus, strong attention to detail, and operate with a sense of urgency.ResponsibilitiesPreparing batches of work by removing payments and forms from envelopesInputting data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processingOperating high-speed imaging equipmentVerifying checks through customer specific instructions for processingMatching check images to corresponding material while validating quality of imagesMaintaining productivity and quality standardsContributing to meeting team goals in addition to individual responsibilitiesWorking in all areas/departments of production as neededMaking judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or managerTransport bins to associates and racks. Organize bins on racks to include rack labeling and moving empty and filled racks throughout the production floor.
