MUST HAVE RUBBER EXPERIENCE ,Handle day-to-day quality operations. Degree is not required, IATF is helpful.The Quality Manager promotes, develops, and oversees production compliance to quality procedures through rigorous inspections , implementation of quality control.Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to address quality issue and manage corrective action and KPI production reporting.Assure compliance of the company quality system, and compliance of customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement.Works with customer coordinating customer audit, external non conformity and customer performance improvements`JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and control customer requirements and deplete it as a company requirementDaily monitoring of production control results / management of eventual non conformity and reprocessMonitor the entire production cycle and perform regular internal Gemba auditsUpdate our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvementsAudit systems based on ISO 9001:2015 and according IATF requirementsDetermine quality metrics for all manufacturing proceduresDefine and manage corrective actions, guiding multiple teams.Propose and track quality assurance goalsWork with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the productsPrepare work instructions and proceduresVerify any propose eventual training needs Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures and ISO system quality procedures. Develops and implements the Quality led activities specified within company process to assure quality from concept to production. Effectively interacts with Production and Engineering teams to maintain product supply and introduction of new products. Works directly with customers to support quality requirements and also with suppliers in case of quality improvements actions or complain. Works with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers. Writes technical and management systems reports. Brings together staff of different disciplines and drives the group to plan, formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures. Manages and maintains the Company's quality ISO9001 inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods. Collaborate with GM and global quality to set Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved. Assesses the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements. Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods. Develops policies and procedures to ensure quality product. Facilitates analysis and coordinates activities related to process/system improvement projects. Communicates with other managers to coordinate operations and activities. Maintains operations data and prepares productivity/quality reports for management. Directs and coordinates the activities of team engaged in quality functions - including inspection, analysis and training. Makes final determinations or dispositions related to non-conforming materials. Monitors indicators related to ensuring employees conform to production or processing standards. Implements measures to improve inspection methods, equipment/tool performance, product quality, efficiency and morale. The Quality Manager needs problem solving experience and is responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) including Safety (injuries and near misses); Quality (cost of poor quality, nonconforming and reprocessed material, customer complaints, internal and external defects and supplier incidents and defects); Environmental (waste).JOB REQUIREMENTS· Proven experience as quality manager or quality manager assistant· Lead auditor ISO 9001 and or IATF· In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards· Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods· Knowledge of Quality tools like FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, 5Why etc.· BS/BA in chemistry or scientific field is requested Conscientious and responsible· A keen eye for detail, continuous improvement and a results driven approach· Outstanding communication skills· Excellent organizational and leadership skills· Proficient in MS Office2-5 years in rubber company (compounding, transformation.) will be greatly considered
