While they would help their father, they noticed the major pain points and struggles he would encounter with the cheaply made products he was using. Not only were they cheaply made, but they were very dangerous as well. As the brothers grew older, this problem only became worse with the influx of overseas manufacturing. This did not sit well with the Mid-western valued brothers that loved American manufacturing.Therefore, they founded Vyper Industrial and hit the ground running with a vision to manufacture American Made garage products and to build thousands of American jobs. They started with the first product, the Vyper Chair, and are moving into many different products as Vyper grows. From growing 110% since last year combined with a vision to take over this industry, the team here at Vyper won't settle for anything less than market domination.OVERVIEW:At Vyper, we're looking for someone who's passionate about creating content that grabs attention and tells a story. As our Content Creator, you will have the freedom to bring your ideas to life - producing videos and photos that align with our clean, moody vibe while keeping things fresh and engaging. You will work on everything from product shots to social campaigns, seeing your work come to life and directly impacting how we connect with our audience. If you are ready to make your mark and bring your creative vision to a growing brand, we would love to have you on the team!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Create and optimize content (video and photo) for social and paid marketing campaigns with a focus on engagement and conversionCreate and edit product focused photography for website and marketing needsDevelop and execute content that embodies Vypers clean, moody, and professional aesthetic while maintaining an entertaining edge that resonates with our audienceIndependently manage multiple content creation projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating strong initiative and creative autonomyManage and maintain video equipment while organizing project files efficientlyCollaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaign objectives, brand strategy, and ecommerce goalsAdapt creatively to dynamic shooting environments and various stylesMonitor performance metrics of video content across different platforms to optimize future productions, hit engagement goals, and improve conversion ratesREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Proven portfolio demonstrating content creation capabilities, particularly in ecommerce, social, and product-focused contentProficiency in professional video editing software and production equipmentStrong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to create moody, atmospheric content that showcases products effectivelyUnderstanding of ecommerce and social best practices and what drives conversion in video contentDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively identify content opportunitiesExperience optimizing video content for different social media platforms, ad formats, and ecommerce channelsStrong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skillsExcellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlinesConstantly evolving knowledge of current video trends and marketing techniquesAt Vyper, we value initiative and creativity.
