We provide exciting growth opportunities and value capabilities and attitude over experience, enabling our Mathemagicians to Leave a Mark.Role DescriptionWe are looking for passionate individuals to help our clients solve complex challenges, enabling their sustained analytics transformation.As a member of our Client Services team, you will lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates who design, execute, and implement cutting-edge analytical solutions.Responsible for institutionalizing data-driven insights and recommendations to bring customer strategies to life.Manage client engagements and relationships while leading internal teams, generating insights, and developing recommendations.Become familiar with the strategic direction of our customers, helping them translate their goals into action on existing projects while also developing a pipeline of additional projects.Job Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager, you will:Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone.Act to resolve issues that prevent the team from working effectively.Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.Utilize multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations.Address substandard work or work that does not meet the firms or clients expectations.Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.Develop a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients.Manage various viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.Skills Required8+ years of experience in designing and implementing distributed applications.Proven ability to carry out complex Proof of Concept (POC), pilot projects, and limited production rollouts, focusing on developing new or improved techniques and procedures.Participation in deep architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success in building new or migrating existing applications, software, and services on the cloud.Strong expertise in data pipelines, ETL design (implementation and maintenance), data warehousing, and data modelling.Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.Comfort with running agile processes for data and analytics teams.Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, ETL/ELT development, and data warehousing.Strong skills in optimization, including performance, pipeline, and Spark.Hands-on experience with Pyspark.Proficient in engineering best practices, including version control using Git.Implementation and tuning experience within the Big Data ecosystem, including analytical work load (Eg:- EMR, Airflow, Hadoop, Spark, Hive), data warehousing, schema design, query tuning, optimization, and data migration and integration.Education / Qualification Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Years of ExperienceMinimum of 8 years in relevant experience, preferably with a consulting backgroundBeing a MathemagicianEmbody MathCo's culture and way of working.Demonstrate ownership and strive for excellence in delivering results.Actively engage and contribute to initiatives fostering company growth.Support diversity and appreciate different perspectives.RecognitionsPositioned as a Leader in Top Generative AI Service Providers - PeMa Quadrant 2023 by AIMResearch.Recognized among Inspiring Workplaces in North America, 2023.Accredited for Inclusive Practices by Great Place to Work Institute, India.Recognized among India's Best Workplacesâ„¢ for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging 2023 by Great Place To Work® India.
