Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our New York City office and provide comprehensive support to our Investment Management attorneys. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a law firm, will have exceptional skills in communication and administration, and be adept at problem-solving and working collaboratively as part of a team. This is a hybrid position requiring three days/week onsite. With 225 attorneys and 180 business professionals, we proudly serve a diverse base of household-name clients, many of whom help shape the world of financial services and products, working together to produce achievements greater than the sum of our parts.**· Ability to handle calendar management, travel arrangements and itineraries, expense reports, and other administrative duties;· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle competing priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;· Exceptional organization and prioritization skills;· Excellent client service and communication skills, both oral and written;· Ability to coordinate and work across different teams and office locations;· Ability to think critically and analytically under pressure;· Willingness and ability to learn new skills as they become necessary;· Discretion and understanding the need for confidentiality.**· 3+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm;· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to learn law firm specific software as needed;· Strong technical skills; experience with iManage, or similar document management system, a plus;· Bachelor's degree preferred.The estimated base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $94,000, commensurate with experience.
