Insight Global is looking for a Sales Manager in the Port Richey area to manage a small sales team. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving our sales & marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional levels. You will be responsible for growing business profit and revenue as well as managing a sales team to maintain long-standing relationships and expand the companys footprint. This role will require local travel around the Tampa area to connect with clients.Key Responsibilities• Understand the competitive advantages of using our services and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits• Prepare a business development plan based on past performance and franchise growth objectives to meet and/or exceed planned revenue and activities goals for the business development team• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships with contacts in our sales territory and seek to develop new prospects and leads to ensure revenue growth• Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning the number of sales classes, lunch-and-learns, scheduling the budget, and developing action plans for business decision make• Perform a comparative analysis of revenue, collection, and activities metrics vs established goals• Recruit, train, develop, and manage the sales teamMust have **• Experience mentoring and leading a sales team• 5+ years of direct sales experience• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills• Strong process and results driven attitude • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred$80,000 to $110,000 per year annual salary + bonuses.
