Based in New York City, this role will provide essential support for the smooth operation of multiple luxury estates. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing guest services, coordinating personal logistics, supporting high-profile events, and maintaining operational efficiency across a variety of tasks. The role involves regular travel between properties, including summer and holiday seasons in the Hamptons. We seek an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and can work effectively with a team to uphold the highest standards of service.Key *****Provide hospitality support to ensure the efficient operation of all estate activities.Coordinate personal requests, guest logistics, and event execution from start to finish.Maintain and update inventories, supporting the management of valuable estate assets and furnishings.Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and organizing essential documents.Handle guest accommodations and ensure that individual preferences are noted and met.Serve as a point of contact for meal and beverage service, ensuring high standards of delivery.Draft meeting notes, event summaries, and detailed follow-up reports.Oversee the coordination of supplies, manage vendor interactions, and handle logistics related to service operations.Collaborate on the tracking and ordering of essential items, supporting budgeting efforts.Perform additional tasks as needed, including running errands and managing administrative duties.This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who values long-term career growth within an exclusive and prestigious estate.
