Scheduling Manager

LHH has partnered with a well-established construction firm in Roseville, CA is seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to support Estimating and Field Operations teams in developing and managing project schedules for large-scale construction projects. This role is instrumental in integrating project controls, including budgeting, resource allocation, and progress tracking, to ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project specifications.Analyze project timelines, identify risks, and provide solutions to mitigate potential delays.Create resource- and cost-loaded schedules, incorporating milestones and critical project deliverables.Conduct Time Impact Analysis for potential delays and assist with change management procedures.Prepare detailed reports and performance analyses for project teams and executive leadership.Maintain historical project data to improve forecasting and future planning.Qualifications:Minimum of three years of experience in Heavy Civil and Underground Construction; prior scheduling experience is essential.College coursework preferred, with a degree in Engineering or Construction Management highly desirable.High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.Self-starter who can perform tasks independently with minimal direction.Valid driver's license requiredThis full-time, in-person role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, and more.Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
