TAR Track Administrator** Port Arthur, TXMaintain an accurate account of hours worked for all employees on client sites.Complete timesheets, posting, balancing, labor distributions, recaps, computation of wages, adjustments, and preparation of payroll reports.Compute total time worked by employees.Accurately allocate/enter time for a large population of field employees via the client's Track timekeeping system.Develop, review, and submit cost reports in a timely manner.Cross-function between client and corporate payroll to address payroll-related issues.Enter, calculate, reconcile, and submit job site payroll data via MJT.Run Ad Hoc reports as required by management.Conduct cost analysis and contract reviews, ensuring accurate approvals vs. rejections (timesheets, badging in/out, holidays, PTO, etc.).Set up contracts in Track and ensure compliance with project budgets and client agreements.General understanding of cost tracking, job cost, and project-to-date actual cost.Administration and processing of invoicing, work records, personnel files, and associated documents.***3-4 years of experience with Track timekeeping (REQUIRED).Strong TAR (Turnaround) experience in a high-volume environment.SAP experience preferred.Experience in cost tracking, contract setup, and approvals in Track.Strong analytical skills to assess timesheets, badging data, and payroll approvals.Ability to work within precise accuracy standards.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in the field preferred.Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in timekeeping, cost tracking, and payroll administration.
