Trustpoint is excited to partner with a national law firm in their search of a Litigation Legal Assistant on a direct hire basis. This hybrid role will begin in-office for the first month and then move to a 3 days in/2 days remote schedule. The position will support the firms litigation practice in bankruptcy and other areas. Successful candidates will have 3+ years experience in litigation support with prior experience in bankruptcy preferred.**Attorney calendar management, including travel arrangements and monitoring upcoming court appearancesDraft a variety of correspondence and prepare legal documents, including briefs and pleading; filing both electronically and traditionallyProvide case management assistance and tracking of litigationEnter attorney timesheets, utilizing firm software; maintaining attorney diary systemAnswer, screen, direct or take messages of phone calls; scheduling depositions, meetings and appointmentsFile system maintenance and management, per firm guidelinesEnter and document expense reimbursementsOther duties and special projects as needed**3+ years experience in litigation support; experience in bankruptcy (preferred)Excellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in court filings, both E-filing and traditionalAble to generate TOC and TOAProficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe ProfessionalAble to communicate will all levels of attorney and staff, effectively and professionallyExceptional organizational and time management skillsAble to prioritize workflow and manage cases/projects efficientlyAll candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of timeQualified and interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume for immediate consideration!Trustpoint.one provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
