About the JobHarris and Co are looking for a Superintendent that has an MEP background and a desire to work on exciting and complex projects for a leading general contractor expanding their Mission Critical division.Job Requirements Create and execute comprehensive schedules and production plans that prioritize budget adherence and safety protocolsSupport the Project Manager by helping prepare accurate and timely project status reportsManage documentation including daily reports, progress updates, compliance documentation, and necessary logsReview plans and drawings to ensure alignment with contract specifications and coordinate shop drawings effectivelyStrategically assess and determine optimal staffing requirements based on construction methodology and resource availabilityMaintain construction timelines by coordinating appropriate workforce levels and ensuring timely procurement of materials and equipmentOversee subcontractor activities to verify compliance with all contractual obligations and specificationsQualifications4+ years of experience in related construction fieldMinimum of 1 year Mission Critical/Data Center construction experienceExtensive field experience and a strong MEP background
