Your ability to cultivate relationships, analyze market trends, and manage the sales process makes you an essential part of our commercial success.You are more than a salesperson"”you are a strategic thinker, a trusted advisor, and a problem solver, ensuring that our brand partners receive the best possible solutions to meet their business goals.WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS .As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners, identifying new sales opportunities within those accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in KOROYD's growth by proactively managing assigned commercial accounts and understanding the industry-specific needs of our customers. This role reports to the Commercial Director and is measured on key performance metrics including client turnover growth, customer experience, product vitality and successful execution of strategic sales initiatives.Responsibilities & duties:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROWTHIdentify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing brand partner accounts.Proactively assess brand partner needs and propose tailored solutions to increase sales revenue.Support and, at times, lead the sales process through the creation and delivery of compelling presentations.Understand the customer journey / experience with KOROYD and proactively drive improvements through joint planning.In addition to driving growth within existing brand partners, you will actively seek out and engage with new prospective partners to expand KOROYDS client baseMARKET ANALYSIS & STRATEGIC PLANNINGStay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.Use insights to identify growth opportunities and refine account strategies.Support planning processes with regular updates and work with the Commercial Director to develop strategic growth plans.CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTBuild and maintain strong relationships with brand partners across various industries.Collaborate with KOROYD's global marketing team on product launches and partner messaging.Act as a trusted advisor to brand partners, ensuring alignment between their needs and KOROYD's offerings.REPORTING & ADMINISTRATIONComplete required reporting and present business updates to internal audiences.Manage and maintain accurate records within KOROYD's CRM platform.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize business strategies.Qualifications & Skills .Minimum 3-5 years in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).Experience working with key stakeholders in purchasing, product development, or retail.Comfortable delivering presentations and engaging diverse audiences.Understanding of relevant markets, trends, and customer needs.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build brand partner trust and drive sales.Experience using CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and reporting.Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.Willingness to work independently while maintaining strong cross-departmental connectivity.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.HOW TO APPLY.Please send a recent CV and cover letter to jointheteam@ -- include the job title "˜Account Manager' in the subject line.
