Tri Valley Plastic Surgery is a premier and rapidly growing plastic surgery practice seeking an experiencedMarketing Manager to drive patient acquisition and brand growth. This is an on-site position at our Dublin, CA office.The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a strong background in paid advertising, conversion optimization, and content strategy, who can collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to maximize ROI and marketing performance.Key Responsibilities:Optimize ad spend and collaborate with marketing agencies to drive Google Ads and Meta Ads for patient acquisition.Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.Leverage retargeting strategies and paid media best practices to enhance lead nurturing and engagement.Collaborate with a website design agency to optimize SEO strategies, enhancing site visibility and improving search engine rankings.Oversee website content updates to enhance user experience and lead conversion.Track and analyze website performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.Create and manage content, including monthly newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials.Develop engaging before-and-after patient success stories and educational content.Ensure brand consistency across all channels.Manage and optimize the CRM system to track patient inquiries, follow-ups, and marketing-driven conversions.Develop targeted sales campaigns and automated email campaigns to enhance patient retention and re-engagement.Create and refine sales scripts and consultation guides to improve lead conversion.Oversee online booking systems to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for patients.Monitor key marketing KPIs, including ad performance, lead generation, SEO rankings, and patient conversions.Generate weekly and monthly reports to measure success and inform future marketing strategies.Continuously analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to expand brand reach.Leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) to enhance brand credibility and engagement.Desired Qualifications:2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or content marketing.Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads management with a focus on ROI-driven strategies.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization.Experience managing and optimizing a CRM system for lead generation and patient engagement.Background in sales strategy, training, or script development is a plus.Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and automation tools.Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.Excellent communication, organization, project management, and analytical skills.
