Mitigation Specialist

Vaco Staffing is recruiting for a Mitigation Coordinator for a client in Sheboygan, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities:Instructs Crew Members on the scope of work.Maintains accurate time keeping information and job notes on daily time and materials sheets.Collects job progress photos using a smartphone and relevant applicationsDemonstrates proficiencies in the knowledge of general construction and property damage mitigation and restoration means and methods.Occasional travel to customer sites.Works with insurance companies on necessary information.Documents and tracks company equipment on assigned projects.Takes instruction from assigned project manager and communicates with them on a daily basis.Maintains and submits an accurate timesheet each week.Qualifications:High School degree or equivalent Valid Drivers LicenseMiniumium of 1 year of construction industry experience2+ years experience managing a small construction teamAble to rotate through an on-call schedule for emergency situations.
