Our client is seeking an experienced Specialty Infusion Account Manager to expand their presence and establish key partnerships in this dynamic field.Why This Role Stands OutMake a strategic impact by developing new referral sources and building relationships with physicians, health systems, and key stakeholders in specialty infusion.Be part of a high-growth industry where your efforts directly contribute to business expansion and profitability.Collaborate with industry leaders in an organization that values innovation, expertise, and teamwork while providing the resources and support to help you succeed.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and strengthen referral networks with specialty providers in neurology, immunology, gastroenterology, and other key therapeutic areas.Drive revenue growth by identifying and optimizing business opportunities to increase referrals and expand market presence.Leverage strategic selling skills to navigate a complex service model and position solutions effectively in a competitive landscape.Act as a trusted expert and the voice of the customer, providing insights on market trends, new therapies, and referral behaviors.Key RelationshipsReports to the Vice President of Sales and collaborates with the Executive Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Acquisitions and Strategic Accounts, Inside Strategic Account Manager, and Senior Vice President of Managed Markets.QualificationsProven sales and account management experience in infusion services, with a track record of growth and business development success.Industry knowledge and experience selling to healthcare providers, specialty clinics, or within the pharmaceutical space is a plus.Strong business development skills with the ability to establish and execute strategic plans that drive revenue, referrals, and market expansion.A collaborative and results-driven mindset, working seamlessly with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience while exceeding sales targets.Success MetricsAchieve or exceed referral, revenue, and profitability goals.Expand market share through strategic partnerships and business development efforts.Optimize new business opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral process.Travel RequirementThis role requires 50 percent travel to engage directly with key stakeholders and strengthen relationships within the assigned territory.
