Logistics:On-site in Salem, SCDuration: 3-year contract with potential to extendJob Summary:Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the integration projects team at one of our large energy companies This role involves working closely with a project team to transition projects into operations. The ideal candidate will assist with creating drawings, labels, and documentation to integrate various projects.Key Responsibilities:Support the integration of 80+ projects, each with varying number of tasks.Develop and manage project drawings and documentation.Interface directly with operations teams to ensure seamless integration and project execution.Conduct thorough reviews of engineering drawings and other technical documentation.Plan and manage parts and resources for various projects.Develop and implement strategic plans related to system integration.Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.Qualifications:Experience in project coordination, particularly in integration projects.Familiarity with power plant operations and planning.Experience reviewing technical drawings and documentationExcellent technical skills and the ability to manage complex engineering projects.Proficient in ExcelSkills and Competencies:PMP certificationConfiguration softwareKnowledge of SQL, microservices architecture, and API strategy development is advantageous.Compensation:$30/hr to $35/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
