This is not a sales role but rather a business or data analyst position focused on leveraging candidate, job, market, Code Report, and outcomes data to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness. The Product Catalyst will play a crucial role in championing Code Report, helping us refine and enhance the platform while ensuring its strategic integration into our staffing workflows.Key *Analyze and interpret candidate, job, market, and outcomes data to drive informed decision-making and process efficienciesCollaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to identify trends and optimize talent acquisition strategiesUtilize Code Report to validate candidate authenticity, assess skill sets, and enhance data-driven matching for job placementsDevelop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and insights to support staffing and business operationsIdentify and implement automation and optimization opportunities in the recruitment lifecycleMonitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, providing insights for continuous improvementServe as a champion for Code Report, advocating its usage, identifying areas for enhancement, and working closely with internal teams to drive adoption**Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or operations within recruiting, HR tech, or a related industryStrong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or HR tech solutions is a plusFamiliarity with automation tools and process optimization techniquesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying trends and efficienciesStrong communication and collaboration skills to work across various teams and stakeholdersPassion for technology, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvementWhy Join Code Report?Be part of an innovative company that is transforming the hiring process with advanced technical evaluationsOpportunity to shape and influence a platform that ensures fair and accurate candidate assessmentsWork in a dynamic and supportive environment where your insights and contributions make a difference
