The Gun Store Employee/ Sales Person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with firearm selection, managing inventory, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with all firearms laws and regulations, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.QualificationsKnowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related accessoriesCustomer service and sales skillsInventory management and organizational skillsTransaction processing and cash handling skillsAbility to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local firearms laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work full-time on-site in Thousand Oaks, CAPrevious experience in retail or sales is a plusCEO Licensed preferred
