We have a great team of employees, many with over 10 years with the company.  We offer steady work all year long - keeping our roofers busy during the winter months.We are currently hiring for our commercial roofing department. These positions require a minimum of three years experience commercial roofing, offer on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. The majority of our work is in the Portland Metro area, travel is very limited and you will be home every night.We are currently offering a $3,000 hiring bonus for these positions. The bonus will be paid in three installments, $1,000 after successful completion of your first 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 90 days and the final $1,000 after 180 days. This position requires strenuous physical labor frequently requiring you to climb, bend, kneel and repetitively lift lifting 80-90 pounds.Comfortable climbing ladders and working on high steep roofs in all weather conditions.Reliable and highly motivated.Safety minded.
