Montclair Golf Club was recognized in 2009 as a Platinum Club of America and one of the top 100 Country Clubs nationally. In 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 MGC was awarded the prestigious Distinguished Emerald Club of the World award by the annual Distinguished Clubs of the World program conducted by BoardRoom magazine, one of the most respected trade publications serving private Clubs.Annual food sales of $2.2 million and total F&B revenues $3.6 million. The club is open 10.5 months of the year, closed January 1st - February 13th. The culinary operation includes four dining options (Aquatics Center, Grille, Fairway Dining Room and Terrace) along with banquet facilities and ballroom with a capacity of 300. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the culinary operation, ensuring member and guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high quality food standards.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsHiring and Communication skillsExperience in Food and Labor managementStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of restaurant operations and industry trendsPrevious experience in a similar role is preferredFood safety certification is a plusCEC is preferred but not required
