"‹POSITION SUMMARY:The Full Stack .NET Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing both new and existing systems. We are seeking a motivated, quick-learning individual who is open to new ideas and can embrace new concepts easily. The role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team, seeking guidance when necessary. We are looking for someone who excels at solving complex problems and can manage technical tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to create and design detailed reports and take a proactive approach to developing solutions. In addition, the developer will specialize in Salesforce and CostGuard platforms, with responsibility for integrating, customizing, and enhancing systems related to these platforms. JOB REQUIREMENTSLanguages/ Knowledge/Skills RequiredProficiency in C# and MVC FrameworkStrong skills in TSQL for creating & updating Triggers, Functions, & Stored ProceduresStrong skills in querying & designing database tables.Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and ExcelExperience with JavaScript/jQuery/Ajax CallsSolid understanding of JSON objects, XML, CSS, HTML  Experiences with Machine Learning & Large Language Models (LLMs)Development experience with AI frameworks and ChatbotsExperience working with APIs for vendor integration (RESTful, SOAP, WSDL, Graph, etc.)Experience with Azure or AWS (preferred)Experience with GitHub or repositories (preferred)Understanding/Experience of CI/CD Pipelines (preferred)Strong communication skillsAnalytical skills to properly scope project timelines and level of effortRequired knowledge in ConnectWise, CostGuard, Salesforce and Azure environments.Sales Force ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations. If needed, develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies. Provide on-call/ticket support to resolve internal application issues. Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Create testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation.Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices."‹CostGuard Responsibilities Develop, customize, and integrate CostGuard with other systems (e.g., Salesforce. CW, Azure etc') using APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate billing processes. Build and maintain billing workflows, subscription management, and custom reports within CostGuard, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure the platform functions efficiently and securely.Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and offer support to users.Monitor the platform for opportunities to enhance functionality, implement updates, and stay current with industry standards and best practicesConnectWise Manage ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between ConnectWise Manage and other internal systems or third-party platforms using APIs to streamline operations and data flow.Customize and automate workflows within ConnectWise Manage to optimize service management, ticketing, and project management processes.Develop custom reports and dashboards in ConnectWise Manage to provide business insights, track key metrics, and support decision-making.Manage and troubleshoot the ConnectWise Manage API, ensuring seamless data exchanges and resolving any integration issues between systems.Monitor system performance, implement updates, and troubleshoot any issues with ConnectWise Manage to ensure efficiency, security, and stability.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop new systems and enhance existing ones using .NET, SQL, and related technologies.Collaborate with the IS/IT team for efficient and effective deployment of project deliverables.Innovate and develop AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.Explore the creation of AI-based applications and products with commercial potential.Engage in proactive ideation and strategic planning for AI technology implementation.Solve complex problems and identify new business opportunities using AI. ï‚· Analyze project requirements and design appropriate solutions.  Work within a team to prepare project estimates and assess levels of effort.Test, debug, document and implement project solutions.Produce technical documentation for projects, tickets, and tasks.Resolve issues as reported in tickets.Manage the creation and updating of reports.Ensure that the developed code adheres to best practices and industry standards.Continually improve features, functionality, and processes to meet organizational goals.Design front-end user experiences with API/database integrations to meet project requirements.Create well-architected backend code that facilitates future enhancements and platform replacements while maintaining clear separation from business logic.Work with internal APIs for handling requests and interfacing with external APIs, ensuring seamless integration and communication between systems.Stay informed about the latest industry standards and technological advancements.EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree or 6 years (or greater) equivalent experience.  At least 6 years of relevant experienceSalary Range:120k-140kThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
