You are positive, reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.DESCRIPTION Manage all dropship & wholesale accounts - major, specialty, off-price (Domestic & International)Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company & wholesale and dropship operations, managingvendor relationships, growing account list, processing orders, monitoring inventory levelsHandle all aspects of market appointments including scheduling, linesheet creation, orderconfirmations, payment processing, and on time deliveriesOrder maintenance and processing; creation of pick tickets & ASNsCreate linesheets and ATS packages for both full price and offprice accountsFacilitate reorders, swaps, and RA's for all speciality accountsUpload Assortments for dropship vendors with Cymbio & Mirakl Platforms, sync inventory with 3PLEnsure all product details, copy, and images are provided and uploaded for each new collectionOnboard new Dropship accountsWork closely with 3PL, Bergen Logistics to ensure timely shipmentsPack and send samples to dropship vendors accordinglyWork with multiple different vendor platforms for drop ship and product catalogs, including NeimanMarcus, Saks, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Amazon Fashion etc.Analyze selling reports for all dropship & wholesale salesBeing able to work cross functionally*****Has the ability to work M-F from 10am - 6pm in our New York office3+ years of wholesale & logistics experience within the fashion industryShopify experience requiredApparel Magic experience requiredCymbio experience requiredGoogle Sheets/Excel Proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc)WMS experience is a plusOutstanding organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities
